Need a second camera operator for April 5 and 6
The camera operator will be using a Canon D7 camcorder, so some prior experience with that model is preferred. The idea is to have this student follow directions from the DP, who will be operating a Sony EX-3 and needs additional angles to give the editors something to work with. The DP will take care of all lighting, the audio tech will record all sound, and the PA will take care of all runs, so this person's duties are reserved to operating the Canon D7 only.
We can offer the camera operator $100/day for each of two days, along with a free lunch and an end credit. The film itself is titled "Seventh Generation" and is all about how climate change is an on-going menace in our world today, especially for those living in the developing world. It is intended to be an answer to the failed Copenhagen conference, to remind the world that this is a problem that won't go away on its own and therefore demands our immediate attention.
Our crew will be shooting these sit-down interviews in Boulder, CO on both days, so the camera operator should have an operational vehicle in order to meet us there. Exact locations and times will be provided as the date nears.
Thanks for the help.

For Alumni: Cinematographer Wanted for short film, paying $100-200 per day
Need help in filming short 2-4 minute videos
I am interested in posting short 2-4 minute videos on my website featuring various Denver neighborhoods. I need help in filming and posting the videos.
I would probably write and star in each video. I would like to negotiate a flat fee for each video and I envision producing at least 10-20 neighborhood videos.
Sincerely,
