My name is Jonathan and I am the technical coordinator for my cousin Nafisa's Wedding celebration. I am looking to hire a student videographer for two events, One on July 2 the other on July 3. I would like to have th same videographer for both events, but if that is not possible, I am comfortable with having two separate ones.

Henna Party - Saturday, July 2nd, 2011
Event Time: 6-9pm
Event Time: 6-9pm
Event Location: Cook Park, Denver, CO
Videographer (Female only) : 5:30-9pm
The henna party is somewhat like a bridal shower. This event is being arranged by the bride's family. The bride's family and friends will welcome the groom's family and friends (who will arrive with gifts for the bride and her family) and then entertain them with performances, singing and dancing. The bride's friends will also be putting henna on for those who would like it. This is an all-girls event and no boys over 12 will be present.
Video requirements: stage setup, guests arriving, groom's family entrance, bride's entrance, performances, guests, etc.
Videographer (Female only) : 5:30-9pm

Video requirements: reception ballroom, guests arriving, bride and groom entrance, speeches, cake cutting, guests mingling, show: speeches, slideshow, performances, etc.

This is your normal Wedding Reception, The wedding itself was months ago, and in the tradition before the bride leaves they host a wedding reception.
